Have you chosen a bike under 500cc to explore the world? The Trophy is meeting you in ????? to test far more than your riding.
Navigation, self-reliance, resourcefulness, looking after your bike and helping each other: here, horsepower won't do it all. Your choices and your ability to adapt will make the difference.

- 19 September 2027: Trophy start
- 25 September 2027: End of the Trophy and closing party with concert
THE CATEGORY IS YOUR BIKE. THE COLOUR IS YOUR ADVENTURE.
The −500cc category brings together small-engine bikes. It doesn't determine how difficult your route will be.
Green, Red or Black: the colours let you choose your level of commitment according to your experience, your fitness and what you feel like doing. A small bike doesn't force you to take the toughest sections!
🟢 GREEN — ACCESSIBLE TRAVEL
Mostly roads and very easy trails. To enjoy the journey, the scenery and the Trophy experience without looking for technical difficulty.
🔴 RED — TYPICAL TRAILS AROUND THE WORLD
Trails representative of what you meet when travelling the world by motorcycle. Varied terrain, with the everyday difficulties of off-tarmac travel.
🦄 BLACK — READY FOR ANYTHING
Broken-up trails, demanding navigation, or even fast, flowing trails over a very large number of miles.
So Black doesn't only mean "more technical". The commitment can of course come from the terrain, with difficult sections, but also from navigation, distance, or all three combined. You'll need to know how to ride, think, manage your energy and make the right decisions.
Lightness can become an advantage when you need to manoeuvre, get through a tricky section or pick your bike up. But it doesn't spare you from preparing your adventure.
Knowing your machine, managing your autonomy, organising your luggage and being able to deal with a small mechanical problem will be just as useful as your skills on the bike.
The Trophy isn't only looking for the best rider. It's looking for the best motorcycle traveller.

The detailed programme, routes and challenges won't be revealed before the event. Discovering, choosing and adapting are part of the adventure. What I can tell you for now is that the start will be in the ????? region and the finish somewhere in ????? (unless I change my mind between now and then). So this edition won't be a loop: the start and finish points will be different!
The evening before, you'll receive the information you need to prepare the next day. I can only encourage you to watch the Trophy 26 videos if you want to see more!
