For the Lone Rider Trophy by Tom Barrer 2027, we've created a genuine experience dedicated to companions.
Sightseeing, culture, landscapes, relaxation, discoveries and activities will be on the programme throughout the journey, from start to finish.
And every evening, just one destination:
THE TROPHY BIVOUAC.
Because adventure is even better when you can share it.
THE BIVOUAC, YES.
BUT THE COMFORT VERSION.
THE TROPHY, WITHOUT HANDLEBARS.
BUT DEFINITELY NOT WITHOUT ADVENTURE.
You'll experience the Trophy from the inside: every evening, you'll be back at the bivouac with the riders, the evenings and the whole atmosphere of the event.
Because it would be a shame to experience the Trophy from a hotel 50 kilometres away while all the atmosphere is happening somewhere else.
But don't worry…
We're well aware that you didn't sign up to sleep in a tent like the riders.
Companions will therefore be accommodated with the staff, in a hotel or at the bivouac, in far more comfortable conditions than the riders.
That way you enjoy everything that makes the Trophy magic:
the evenings, the people, the atmosphere, the landscapes and the stories of the day…
then you head off to sleep in peace and comfort, while the riders pitch their tents.
Not a package tour run by some company that hands you Tuesday's schedule from 2:30 to 4:15 pm six months in advance.
So, just like the riders, for now you'll have to use your head a little… and above all, trust us.
You'll set off from a place we're still keeping secret.
Cross regions that few travellers know.
Discover a country that changes face with every mile.
And end your adventure at the heart of one of the most incredible places on the planet:

We're keeping that a secret a little longer. But every day we'll have discoveries, experiences, encounters and a few surprises in store for you across these still-secret lands. Some will be part of your adventure. Others will be offered as options. And just like for the participants…
Because at the Trophy, the unknown is part of the journey.
But to give you a tiny glimpse all the same…
Once there, some of you will be able to take the experience even further with, for example (please note that some activities will cost extra):
- an unforgettable sunrise, seen from an unusual spot,
- exploring the wide-open spaces by 4x4 or quad bike,
- and a few other experiences we'd rather keep to ourselves for a little while longer.
